You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• No copying, distributing, or reselling course materials without written permission.
• No attempts to bypass security or disrupt services.
• No illegal, harmful, or misleading activity.

4. Course Content and Disclaimers

Courses focus on safe craft soapmaking. We make no medical or therapeutic claims. Results depend on your materials, environment, and adherence to instructions.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds follow the policy stated on the course page and in the FAQ: self-paced within 7 days if under 15% progress; cohorts up to 48 hours before the first session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by SleekZen Studio or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use content for learning.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekZen Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Updates take effect upon posting. We will notify you of material changes when feasible.
